Return Policy

At GH FoodPack, we specialize in custom-printed commercial food packaging manufactured exclusively for your brand.

All products are currently manufactured and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.

1. Custom Branded & Personalized Products

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged because they are manufactured specifically for your business.

Please review all artwork, digital proofs, and order details carefully before giving final approval.

2. Blank Products

Blank (non-customized) products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ghfoodpack.com.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Photos of the product
* A description of the issue

After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

For approved claims involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, GH FoodPack will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
